Then, we will ask about the type of problem you are having: mechanical, electrical, software. Based on your answers, we will search our database for Associate Technicians who can help, we will page them and they will contact you. The Associates are paid for each call they service, and are actually competing to respond first.


 

Manual and Schematic Archival


We archive manuals and schematics to enhance your telephone support. The Network will scan your materials, making them available via the web to the Associate who is servicing your call. This makes the support more productive and accurate.
